- Not just a business, not just a club, but a club with a business focus.
- A club of respectable, reputable, humble, and honest community leaders.
- Long-term business ventures: AFRICAN CULTURAL CENTER Plaza with a multicultural Community Support Center, shop and office spaces, function hall, and conference halls.
- Long-term business ventures to be funded by partner/member shares plus financing.
- Short-term business ventures: Fundraising events, particularly during annual GA events, inviting popular artists/comedians, and loans to members at a 5% interest rate.
- Short-term business ventures to be funded by membership/registration fees.
- No mandatory bereavement benefits, but we expect solidarity in times of trouble and celebrate together in times of joy.
- Annual event to showcase the club in the community (GA); fundraising gala/artist and/or comedian performance and open-door community BBQ.
- At least one community support/volunteer activity during GA weekend.
- Quality outfits for members at special events.
- Alcohol-free meeting deliberations, followed by buffet dinner during which we can socialize.
- Meetings to center on financial transactions, community support events, and updates.
- Monthly meetings on the 2nd Saturday of the month, hosted by members per the hosting calendar.
